Our Payment Philosophy

We offer a variety of Credit Card payment methods which frankly most people use in preference to Bank Deposit. We offer a 3% discount on the listed price if you elect to pay via Bank Deposit. The reasoning is straight forward: all Credit Card processing companies charge us – the merchant – a fee per transaction varying from 4% - 6%. PayPal (now a subsidiary of eBay) justify these charges based on buyer security should the seller default in the business transaction. We have no problem with that, and applaud the security this method of payment offers: it’s a reality that there are dishonest parties acting as both buyers and sellers, and as a business community we only have ourselves to blame for these extra charges.

Oh, just as an aside, remember that unless you are in the minority who repay their Credit Card balance in full every month, your cost of using their facilities are considerably greater than ours.
