We firmly believe eBay has outgrown its usefulness in today’s Internet trading environment. No longer is eBay the default choice for buying and selling – Google has seen to that. For traders, prominent Google positioning is now imperative and Google searching for buyers is the new default entry point to Internet purchasing. Traders no longer need to pay excessive eBay listing and sales fees with the knock on effect of higher retail pricing. eBay’s recent insistence on a PayPal only payment method was the last straw for us.

We believe buyer have the right to choose whatever payment method they wish and should not be forced into using an expensive eBay subsidiary.

We had a great run with eBay, achieving Platinum Powerseller status at the peak of our eBay focus. It no longer adds value to successful Internet traders. For reference, our Feedback Record Prior to Closing is recorded below.
